betpawa Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betpawa platform – including the website at betpawa-vip.com, any associated mobile interface, and all products offered through them – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the user") and betpawa ("the platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use betpawa. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms apply to all betpawa users regardless of the device used to access the platform, the type of product used (sports betting, casino, crash games, virtual sports), or the payment method selected.

To register and use betpawa you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betpawa does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person registering for personal use. Corporate accounts, proxy registrations, and automated account creation are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a betpawa employee where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction that would prohibit gambling participation.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into binding contracts.

betpawa reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Where proof cannot be provided satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Deposits made by ineligible users may be returned but betpawa reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated during the period of ineligibility.

Each user is permitted to hold one betpawa account only. Registering multiple accounts – whether under different names, phone numbers, or payment details – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed without return of funds.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other details requested by betpawa. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Notify betpawa promptly at support@betpawa-vip.com if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpawa account credentials including your password. Do not share your login details with any other person. betpawa will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable precautions to secure them.

• Use a strong, unique password for your betpawa account.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of betpawa when using shared devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to betpawa support.

betpawa reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts unable to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawals placed on hold until the process is complete.

All deposits and withdrawals on betpawa are processed exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). betpawa does not apply currency conversion fees to any transaction. Supported payment methods currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits are credited to your betpawa wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. betpawa is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service itself, mobile network outages, or bank processing times outside betpawa's control.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a payment method that has been verified and previously used to deposit, or one that has been verified through betpawa's account verification process.
• betpawa reserves the right to conduct additional checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the amount is large or the account activity is unusual.
• betpawa aims to process standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• You must not request a withdrawal if you know or suspect that the funds were deposited in error or that your account eligibility is in question.

betpawa reserves the right to reverse or cancel a withdrawal request that is found to be in breach of these Terms or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases betpawa will notify you and the relevant funds will be held pending investigation.

All bets placed on betpawa are subject to the platform's specific sports betting rules which are published within the relevant sections of the platform. The following general principles apply across all betting products on betpawa:

• A bet is accepted only when betpawa has confirmed it and the bet appears in your bet history with a reference number. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed.
• betpawa reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published in error or where there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular activity.
• In-play bets are subject to delay and may be accepted or rejected based on the live status of the event at the time the bet is processed, not the time you submitted it.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, betpawa's published rules for that sport will determine how unsettled bets are handled. Generally, if a match does not resume within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your betpawa wallet immediately upon settlement. betpawa's settlement decisions are final once confirmed, subject to any investigation rights reserved herein.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all bet types and are published within the relevant sport and market on betpawa. A winning bet that exceeds the published maximum payout for that market will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

betpawa's casino products – including Live Casino, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Crash Games, and Virtual Sports – are governed by these general Terms as well as game-specific rules displayed within each product. The following applies to all casino and virtual products on betpawa:

• All virtual sports outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG). Results are final once confirmed by the system.
• Live casino games are conducted by real dealers on certified equipment. betpawa is not responsible for technical disruptions to live streams caused by your internet connection or device.
• If a live game is interrupted by a technical failure on betpawa's side before a round is completed, any unresolved bets will be voided and stakes returned to your wallet.
• Crash game results are determined by provably fair algorithms. The coefficient at which the game crashes is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by betpawa or any player.
• RTP (return to player) percentages for casino and virtual games are published within the relevant product section on betpawa. These represent theoretical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

betpawa may offer bonuses, free bets, promotions, and other incentives to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict. The following general conditions apply to all betpawa promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use by the eligible account holder only. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• betpawa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been credited and whose wagering requirements are in progress.
• Where a wagering requirement is attached to a bonus, real-money funds will not be released until the full wagering requirement has been met. The sequence in which real money and bonus funds are wagered is as described in the specific promotion terms.
• Attempting to abuse betpawa bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or other forms of exploitation will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.
• betpawa may carry out identity checks before crediting or releasing bonus funds. Accounts that cannot verify their identity satisfactorily will have bonuses withheld until verification is complete.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betpawa. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with betpawa outside of normal user interaction.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or vulnerabilities in betpawa's platform for financial gain.
• Placing bets with knowledge of non-public information about the outcome of an event (insider knowledge).
• Colluding with other users, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at betpawa staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access betpawa's backend systems, APIs, or databases without authorisation.

betpawa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to the circumstances described in Section 8 above.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, betpawa will notify the account holder by the registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe. During the investigation period, deposits and withdrawals may be frozen. betpawa will aim to conclude investigations within 30 days but reserves the right to extend this period where the matter is complex or requires third-party input.

If you wish to close your betpawa account voluntarily, you can do so by contacting support at support@betpawa-vip.com. Before closure, any remaining eligible balance (minus outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations) will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts closed at your request for responsible gaming reasons will be subject to the self-exclusion conditions described in Section 13.

All content on betpawa including but not limited to the betpawa brand name and logo, website design, graphics, written content, software, game interfaces, and data feeds are the intellectual property of betpawa or its licensed partners and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any betpawa content without prior written permission. Screen-recording or streaming of betpawa live casino content for commercial purposes without authorisation is expressly prohibited.

betpawa provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. While betpawa takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform stability and accuracy, betpawa shall not be held liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by factors outside betpawa's reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural events, or government-mandated restrictions.
• Losses arising from your inability to access betpawa during a live event due to connectivity issues on your end.
• Decisions made in error by you including placing bets on the wrong market, at the wrong stake, or on an event you did not intend to back.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the betpawa platform.

betpawa's maximum liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposit value placed by that user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

betpawa collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read together with them. By registering on betpawa you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, betpawa collects data necessary to provide its services, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with any applicable legal obligations. betpawa does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the periods described in the Privacy Policy and is secured with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by betpawa by contacting support@betpawa-vip.com. Note that certain data must be retained for legal and regulatory compliance reasons even after account closure.

betpawa is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We want every Pakistani player on betpawa to enjoy the platform within their means, and we provide a range of tools to help with that. All of the following are available from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap that betpawa will enforce automatically. Once set, limits can be lowered immediately but increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to remind you how long you have been active in a session on betpawa.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 30 days) after which it reactivates automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your betpawa account for a minimum period of six months or permanently. During self-exclusion, betpawa will not send you promotional communications and will refuse new registrations from the same individual if detected.

betpawa reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betpawa will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or a notification displayed upon login. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of betpawa after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should stop using betpawa and contact support to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of betpawa shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. betpawa operates its platform for users in Pakistan and these Terms reflect that context.

If you have a complaint about betpawa's services, please contact support at support@betpawa-vip.com in the first instance. betpawa aims to respond to all complaints within five business days and to resolve most matters within 30 days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through betpawa's internal process, you may seek resolution through whatever dispute mechanism is available to you under applicable local law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
